2010 AGM and Silent Auction - April 29th & 30th

 

It's that time of year again for the Foundations Annual General Meeting and Silent Auction.  The Sheraton Centre in Toronto will once again play host to the event, during the Central 1 AGM and trade show.  The Foundation's AGM is scheduled for Friday, April 30th at 7:00 a.m. and registration will be handled through Central 1.

 

As well, our ever popular Silent Auction will run from Thursday afternoon to Friday evening.  We are asking for donations in the form of cash or gift (value of $75 or more) for the table.  If you are able to contribute, please complete our Donation Appeal form and send it to us.  We thank all of our generous donors for helping to make our event so successful year after year!

 

2010 Membership Campaign Underway! 

 

The Foundation's annual membership campaign for 2010 has begun.  Please remember to sign up or renew your personal membership by completing the Membership Form and sending it to us with your payment, or by paying your membership fee online by clicking here.  2010 Personal Membership fees remain unchanged at $50.00, and you will receive a tax receipt.

 

Lifetime Membership also remain unchanged at $500, and are a great way to honor a long-serving employee or member of your credit union or affliliate.

 

2010 Call for Board Nominations

 

The Foundation's Recruitment Committee is seeking nominations for election to the Board.  Foundation members are invited to submit nomination for the 2010 election to the Board of Directors which will be held at our Annual General Meeting on Friday, April 30th, 2010 at the Sheraton Centre, Toronto.  Completed nomination forms must be submitted to the Executive Director by March 31st, 2010.  To download the nomination form click here.

 

Outstanding Corporate Achievement Award Nominations

 

The Corporate Achievement Award has been won by both large and medium sized credit unions that have displayed exemplary service to their members and the community.  It is important to acknowledge the leaders in our province and we can all learn from the example they set.

 

Please consider nominating a credit union for this award which acknowledges outstanding community giving and charitable works.  Why not nominate your own credit union!  The nomination form can be downloaded by clicking here.  Completed forms must be returned to the Executive Director no later than March 5th, 2010.

 

$30K Food Bank Challenge Update
